My interest in dance started when I was 15 years old. A friend and I took swing dance classes through Clarkston Community Education.  After my first class I was hooked, so my friends and I would throw a huge dance party each weekend. My parents loved it because I wasn’t out doing who knows what, I was dancing for fun. I continued my dance education at Michigan State University taking classes in salsa, samba, rumba, cha cha cha, fox trot, waltz, and tango. And yes I have become the guy all the ladies want to dance with. Throughout my college days I worked for an event planner. I graduated with a degree in hospitality business and went to work for a hotel, then a retail store, but I always missed dancing and wasn’t having any fun. That’s when I found Dance For Fun. Miss Cindy and I hit it off and I will be taking over much of the administrative work for Miss Cindy and Miss Charlotte as well as assisting in dance classes.
